Adding Moisture to Forty Something Skin

One of the things a forty something bride has to worry about is moist skin.  Particularly in the winter.  I find that my skin drys out and becomes very flaky and almost crispy looking in the winter.

Last winter I discovered Cake Beauty Milk Body Frothing Bath and Shower Cream.

The thing that is great about Milk Made is that it is rich and moisturizing without feeling thick or leaving a film on the body.  In fact, other than amazing moisture, the only thing that Milk Made leaves behind is the wonderful fragrance of vanilla cake!

A bottle of Milk Made will run you around $20, but that bottle will last for 4-6 months with daily use, so it is quite reasonable – and the bottle is really big!

If you want to try it, you can purchase it at the Cake Beauty online store or find a store near you here.

Disclosure:  I wasn’t compensated for this review.  My husband was lucky enough to win the bottle of Cake Beauty that resides in our bathroom.  In fact, until the folks at Cake Beauty find the trackbacks from this post, they won’t even know it is here.  (If you are from Cake Beauty, I’d be thrilled to host a giveaway.  Contact me!)

  2. It’s like the second I turned 40, my face decided it was a teenager again. I battle the acne plus old dry skin with Therapy Systems, based out of Nashville. Their stuff rocks!

This has been on my wishlist for some times, I just need to use up a few of my body products to make room for this though! Happy New Year! x
